About us

Lil Cilantro is a Vietnamese-French café in Cherrybrook, proudly serving the local community since 2015. We're known for our Vietnamese coffee, bánh mì, phở and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're a small, friendly team and we're looking for another great person to join us.

The role

We're looking for an All-Rounder to join our front-of-house team. You'll be making coffee, serving customers, and supporting the kitchen and floor throughout service. No two shifts are exactly the same, which keeps the day interesting.

- Preparing and serving food, plus light kitchen support

- Keeping the café clean, tidy and well stocked

- Being a friendly face for our regulars

Shifts and hours

We have two options, so let us know which suits you:

- Weekends only

- Flexible, 3–4 days per week

Shifts are usually 7:30am–2:00pm, with some variation depending on the day.

What we're looking for

- Previous barista experience is highly regarded

- Experience as an all-rounder or in front-of-house is a plus, but beginners with a outstanding attitude are welcome. We'll train you.

- RSA certificate is preferred

- A friendly, reliable team player who enjoys working with customers

What we offer

- Staff meals provided

- Competitive pay: [RATE] per hour

- A supportive small-team environment

- Training on our menu and café systems
