Sales Representative – Shopping Centre Sales | Base + Uncapped Commission

Fixit247 is looking for confident, energetic and naturally persuasive Sales Representatives to join our growing team across shopping centres in Melbourne.

You’ll represent Fixit247 face-to-face, speaking with customers about our Fixit Peace roadside assistance and home emergency memberships.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, can start conversations easily and knows how to turn a quick chat into a sale.

What you’ll be doing

- Approach and engage customers at shopping centre locations
- Explain Fixit247 roadside and home emergency membership options
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the right membership
- Convert conversations into new memberships
- Represent the Fixit247 brand professionally
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Keep the sales process simple, friendly and pressure-free

What we’re looking for

- Confident and comfortable approaching recent people
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing and professional personality
- Strong conversational and listening skills
- Motivated by targets, commission and results
- Reliable and well presented
- Previous retail, telecommunications, membership, fundraising,



kiosk or face-to-face sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential
