Our client, a global manufacturer of engineered components, is looking for a Business Head to lead its Automotive business across Australia and Recent Zealand. Based in Melbourne, you’ll be responsible for strategy, financial performance and the commercial team.

What you’ll do

- Set and execute the regional growth strategy, covering channels, products, services, key accounts, partnerships and M&A;
- Deliver revenue, EBITDA and working capital targets with accurate forecasting
- Negotiate strategic long-term agreements with customers and distributors
- Lead and develop a commercial team, and align Sales with Operations, Finance and Technology
- Represent the business with customers, suppliers and government agencies

What you’ll bring

- 10+ years’ experience,



with the last 5+ in sales management in automotive components or the aftermarket
- Senior B2B and distributor commercial experience
- Proven executive-level negotiation skills
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of maintenance and reliability
- ANZ automotive market experience and an engineering degree are highly regarded
