You know the clinical world, and we’ll fast-track your retail management, P&L; ownership, and flagship leadership skills so you can run your own store in 6–12 months. NnnWhatwe’re looking for Nnn Retail, Hospitality, or Optical Leadership Experience: Proven experience at a supervisor or management level within a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-centric environment N You know how to lead from the front, manage shifts, and keep a team motivated N Values-Driven & Grounded: Someone who aligns perfectly with our culture and values - down to earth, tight knit and constantly striving to improve N Commercial Acumen & Sales Drive: Proven experience at a supervisor or store management level, with a track record of smashing sales budgets and driving retail KPIs (Multipairs, ATV, Conversion) N Exceptional Customer Service Skills: A passion for delivering world-class optical experiences, mastering the customer journey, and prioritising the customer above all else N Natural Leadership & Accountability: Experience running daily store operations, managing rosters, and taking full ownership of store performance.
