Opal HealthCare is opening Carlingford Greens Care Community in Sydney’s north-west. We seek a Clinical Care Coordinator to lead clinical care from day one, coordinating resident care, guiding nursing teams and mentoring staff in a brand-new setting.

You’ll partner with the Care Manager and multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, promoting dignity and wellbeing while helping build a robust culture and clinical governance.
