Elite Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing financial planning business in Melbourne's inner southern suburbs. With approximately 25 people in their team and revenue doubling in recent years, the business has invested heavily in technology and AI to take care of much of the admin, so Advisers spend more time with clients.

You will start alongside experienced Advisers, learning how the business delivers advice, before taking on your own book of clients range up to $15 million in investable assets.

The focus is on real conversations with clients and their families, with intergenerational wealth transfer a growing part of the advice.

What you'll do

- Manage and service a book of high net worth clients
- Provide holistic advice with a focus on intergenerational wealth transfer
- Work with families, both parents and children, to help them build and protect a legacy
- Run client meetings and build trust with clients at all levels of wealth
- Ask the right questions,



challenge clients where needed and stand behind your advice
- Work closely with the advice team and pitch in where the business needs

What you'll bring

- 3+ years in financial planning (open at Associate or Senior Adviser level)
- Exposure to clients with $3m to $20m in investable assets is advantageous
- Degree qualified and current registration on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships
- A positive, can-do attitude and a real team player
- Open to new technology and recent ways of working
