Job Description

What you will be doing

- Advise on strata management, building defects, remedial works and construction-related matters.
- Manage strata and construction disputes, including litigation across various jurisdictions.
- Draft and review building contracts, legal advice and supporting documentation.
- Assist with strata renewal proceedings in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
- Advise on remedial building works under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 .
- Work alongside partners and senior lawyers on complex matters involving strata law and NSW construction reform.

Skills & experience

- Approximately 6+ years' post-admission experience .
- A background in litigation and/or construction law is preferred.
- Ability to manage a substantial caseload with autonomy.
- Strong communication, legal research and drafting skills.




- A team-oriented approach and willingness to work across a variety of matters.
