Accor's Sydney First Class Lounge is seeking a Kitchen Lead to support the Executive Chef in delivering premium lounge dining. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare high-quality dishes, mentor staff, and maintain HACCP and WHS compliance.
You'll manage stock, ordering, waste control, and contribute to menu development while collaborating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest service for Qantas first class passengers and elite guests.
