Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance operations on our NPI/remote contracts across Minesite/Rail and Port industries. These FIFO roles operate on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster from Perth, and involve coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient maintenance services.

Ideal candidates will have extensive facilities management exposure, robust leadership and stakeholder skills, and experience with preventive maintenance, asset
