Westpac Group seeks a Change and Adoption Lead to steer the Unite Transformation Capability Team's change and adoption strategy, including the DDO shift, to achieve sustained leadership behaviour and measurable performance improvement.

You will design adoption journeys, lead sponsorship and readiness, connect TDI, coaching and communities, and equip leaders with practical tools to embed change in the workflow.
