Exceed Industries is seeking a skilled maintenance/mechanical fitter to join our team, supporting site-based and workshop activities from Richlands. You will read engineering drawings and customer specs to deliver high-quality outcomes, with opportunities to advance to a site lead role as workload grows.

You will perform preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and assist with plant upgrades while maintaining safety and quality standards.
