We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Reception/Admin Staff Member to join our team.

Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice.

No previous experience is required! We are happy to provide full on the job training for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- Answering and making phone calls

- Scheduling appointments and organising patient data using practice management software

- Answering emails and organising the inbox

- Maintaining balanced and productive patient books

- Answering patient queries, making follow up calls and communicating between the clinician and patient

- Assisting the clinician in writing e-mails and letters

- Liaising with other clinic services e.g. IT support

- Following up on referrals and requests from dentists

- Processing payments





About you

No experience required, but administrative, dental and endodontic experience is a plus.

- Friendly with good phone manner

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Helpful by nature, ready to assist patients in your best capacity

- Good problem-solving skills and willing to learn about the root canal process

- Organised, punctual and task-oriented

- Positive attitude, a team player with integrity
