R.M.Williams in Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and foster an inclusive, positive culture. You will provide exceptional customer experiences and lead the team to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of fashion/footwear retail experience and is currently a 2IC or 3IC. Flexibility to work a rotating fortnightly roster including weekends is required.
