About You

- The ability to follow direction and maintain high standards
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for food and the culinary industry
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A guest-first mindset and pride in their craft
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience if not trade qualified
- Experience with budgets and menu development within their specific area of expertise
