Experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant – Part‑time (Salamander Bay)

We are a small, established local business seeking a reliable and experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 18–24 hours per week.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience using MYOB and preference would be given to a registered BAS agent. You will be confident working independently, managing the day-to-day financial requirements of a small business, and overseeing the financial records and reporting requirements of multiple entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliations

Payroll and superannuation

Financial reconciliations and administration

Month‑end procedures and reporting

Maintaining accurate and confidential financial records





We are looking for someone who is:

An experienced bookkeeper, assistant accountant or accountant

A registered BAS Agent (preferred but not essential)

Highly experienced with MYOB (minimum 5 years)

Reliable, organised and able to work independently

Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills

Experienced in the financial administration of a small business
