As a Finance/Payroll Officer you will provide additional support for the Finance team and Payroll Team, handling a range of financial and payroll responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and receipts
Maintain accurate records
Assist with general financial and administrative tasks as needed
Process and pay employee wages accurately and on time alongside the team
Collect and verify timesheet data
Manage tax deductions, superannuation contributions, and leave
Handle employee payroll queries and requests
About you
Excellent communication and organizational skills and a love for numbers
Ability to work collaboratively and follow direction while contributing to the team
Experience and/or qualifications working in a financial or payroll role
A strong understanding of finance and payroll will be highly regarded
Solid confidentiality required in this role
