Key responsibilities

Lead and mentor Service Advisors, Technicians and support staff

Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability

Deliver exceptional customer service and retention outcomes

Monitor departmental KPIs and financial performance

Manage workflow, workshop capacity and repair order performance

Build a positive, high-performing team culture

Support training and development across the department

About you

Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager

Strong leadership and people management skills

Focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Sound understanding of service department KPIs and profitability

Excellent communication and organisational skills
