Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Australia is seeking an experienced Incident Management Engineer to lead critical incident response for enterprise customers. The role requires robust analytical ability, deep technical experience, and excellent communication to manage incidents across global teams.

Core hours are 9am–5pm AEST with weekend/public holiday rotation. You will own communications during high-impact events and mentor peers while driving process improvements.
