AFCA is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery across complex technology-enabled programs in a regulated, not-for-profit environment. You will unite business and technology teams, manage dependencies, remove impediments and drive value.

You will coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, run Secure ceremonies, and report delivery status to senior stakeholders. Hybrid working with two days in office supports flexible arrangements.
