Role Title Disability Support Worker (Complex Care)

Location: Point Cook, VIC

Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns

Pay Rate: $39-49/hour

Make a real difference in our client's life while keeping the flexibility to live your own. This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one - plus hands‑on clinical experience supporting our male client, who is living at home with an Acquired Brain Injury in a home setting for 1:1 care.

Must have availability for:

- 8am - 3pm shifts
- 3pm - 11pm shifts

The Role: Disability Support Worker

- Personal care (prompting and supervising)
- Meal Prepapration (prompting and supervising)
- Medication administration
- Full supervision of the client
- Follow a behaviour support plan
- Domestic assistance
- Continuous clinical assessment of client
- Support the client with activities at home and out in the community





What You'll Bring

- Being flexible to do 24/7 Rotating Roster
- Previous Acquired Brain Injury experience
- Manual handling experience (essential)
- Personal care experience
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Healthcare
- Current accredited First aid and CPR
- NDIS Screening Clearance
- Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Right to live and work within Australia
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Valid Working with Children Check
