Job Description

As our Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and help deliver the quality, consistency and creativity that make Parklands Social – NY Deli & Grill a great place to dine.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Taking responsibility for the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes across your section.

- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, portion control and presentation.

- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, menu execution and new ideas.

- Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are always maintained.

- Managing stock rotation, food storage and preparation to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.

- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to keep service running smoothly.

- Supporting and guiding junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping build a positive kitchen culture.

- Contributing to a kitchen environment where teamwork, communication and a genuine passion for food come first.
