AGL is seeking an ITSM Analyst Student Intern in Melbourne to learn and contribute to IT service management. The role focuses on supporting ITSM processes and gaining hands-on experience with ServiceNow analytics.

You will work closely with the ITSM team, performing data analysis, reporting, and process improvements while developing skilled skills in a dynamic utility environment.
