EY Oceania is seeking an experienced Ethics Program Manager (Associate Director) to lead the ethics program, including hotline, investigations and governance, aligned to the EY Global Code of Conduct. The role is hybrid and can be based in EY offices across Australia or New Zealand.
You will drive continuous improvement, deliver transparent executive briefings, and collaborate with senior leaders to promote ethical conduct and awareness across the organisation.
