Harding & Drougas is seeking a Sales Manager based in Hobart to lead a dispersed sales team of about 12 consultants. You will coach, develop, and drive pipeline and CRM discipline to improve conversion and forecasting, delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will work with senior leadership on sales strategy, develop relationships with developers, and contribute to product development and the display network.
