Employment Consultant - Inclusive Employment Australia - Northern Sydney
The Salvation Army is a Christian movement and one of Australia's largest and most-loved charities. We believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better. It is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference. From times of personal crisis to moments of national grief, we are always here — providing support, safety, community, and opportunity.
Looking for a role where you can grow, feel supported, and make a real difference in people's lives? Whether you're an experienced Employment Consultant or you're ready to bring your people skills from customer‑facing roles into a more meaningful career, this could be your next step.
At Employment Plus, you'll join a team that genuinely cares - about you and the people we support. Your work will help individuals with a disability, injury or health condition build confidence, independence and a future they can be proud of.
We're excited to welcome a new Employment Consultant to our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. Unlike traditional employment services, IEA offers:
- A smaller caseload, giving you time to build genuine relationships
- A focus on quality outcomes, not volume
- More hands‑on, personalised support and relationship building
You’ll support people in our Northern Sydney and Northern Beaches region working with individuals in Pymble, Chatswood, Hornsby and the surrounding areas as they move toward sustainable employment.
