Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) at Wallsend Health Campus. The role supports older adults through short-term rehabilitation and care coordination, helping regain independence and ensuring a safe transition home.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, aligned with NSW Health CORE values and a strong focus on culturally respectful practice.
