gather by Cater Care is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our new food service operation at Trinity College, opening in January 2027.

As part of the kitchen team, you will support our chefs, maintain a clean and organised kitchen, and ensure crockery, utensils and equipment are ready for service. Your contribution will be essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Operate dishwashing equipment and clean crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
- Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors and wash-up areas to maintain high hygiene standards
- Keep kitchen areas organised and ensure clean equipment and utensils are ready for service
- Support chefs with basic kitchen duties, including organising supplies and preparing work areas
- Manage rubbish and waste disposal in accordance with established procedures
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
