About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Advisor / Store Manager to join our team at our Virginia, QLD location on a full time basis. This is a strategic position that combines sales expertise with management responsibilities, requiring an individual who can drive revenue growth whilst maintaining operational excellence and leading a high-performing team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing our store's performance in a competitive automotive market.

Key responsibilities

- Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle
- Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs
- Selling that additional work to the customer
- Taking payments and managing the diary

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector




- Strong knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer bases
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service experiences
