RIW Skilled Labourer: Small Rail Crew, Real Career Growth - Immediate Start

We are seeking a motivated rail labourer to join a small crew delivering railway construction works across Victoria. The work is hands on, varied and physical, and suits people who like active outdoor work and take pride in the quality they leave behind.

Key responsibilities

- Manual handling, loading and unloading materials, and keeping worksites tidy
- Operating hand tools and small plant under supervision
- Following all rail safeworking procedures, site rules and SWMS
- Working day, night and weekend shifts, including possession and shutdown work

What we're looking for

- Current RIW card and Track Safety Awareness
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- MR or HR truck licence
- Working at Heights




- EWPA Yellow Card (BL, VL, SL min.)
- ESV Spotter Ticket
- 2-3 years in rail or construction labouring
- Strong commitment to safety and PPE compliance
