Dynamo Recruitment has been engaged by a rapidly growing Microsoft Partner to recruit a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant to join its expanding Melbourne-based practice.

With a strong pipeline of projects across the Dynamics 365 space, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to work closely with clients, deliver impactful business solutions and contribute to a growing consulting practice.

The Role:

Working across the full project lifecycle, you'll partner with clients to understand their business needs, design effective solutions and deliver successful Business Central implementations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Business Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business requirements, existing processes and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions aligned with client objectives and business needs.
- Customisation & Integration: Work with technical teams to deliver system enhancements and integrations with other business applications.
- Data Migration & Management: Support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:



Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements.
- Training & Support: Deliver user training, provide ongoing support and help clients maximise the value of their Business Central investment.
- Project Delivery: Manage priorities, timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and improve system functionality.

About You:

You’ll be an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant who combines strong functional expertise with a practical, solutions-focused approach and excellent client engagement skills.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- At least 5 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design.
- Experience supporting data migration, testing, integrations and user training.
- An understanding of supply chain management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications will be highly regarded.
