Essential Workforce is hiring Disability Support Workers to join our Residential care team in Supported Independent Living in Wollongong NSW. Casual role with shifts 2–9 hours, afternoon shifts and sleepovers, 24/7 roster including weekends.

You will support participants with complex behaviours, provide personal care, administer medications (Webster packs), and maintain dignity and privacy while following plans.
