War Memorial Hospital, part of Uniting, seeks a casual AIN/AHA to deliver time-limited, in-home support and low-level rehabilitation for aged clients following hospital care. You will join a multidisciplinary team including OT, Social Work, and Nursing to promote independence and safety in daily activities.

The role focuses on physical care, activity guidance, and home-based rehabilitation, with supervision from the TACP team.
