Serco is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead to strengthen risk and compliance practices across Facilities Management services at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will partner with stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Working within the Assurance team, you’ll shape governance frameworks to align with contractual and regulatory requirements for protected, high-quality service delivery.
