Central Highlands Rural Health is hiring a District Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join Macedon Ranges Community Nursing. You will provide comprehensive nursing care in clients' homes and community settings, delivering person-centred care while working autonomously with the support of an experienced team.

You will work across CHSP, HACC-PYP, DVA, Transitional Care Program (TCP) and Support at Home, promoting health, wellbeing and independence for clients to live safely at home.
