We’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts team at our John Deere dealership in Gatton.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Parts Manager, you will:

- Lead, support and develop the Parts team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department
- Provide sales and parts interpretation support to internal and external customers
- Manage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processes
- Maintain robust inventory accountability and support stocktakes
- Deliver a high level of service and support to our customers and partners
- Drive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the wider branch team to support business and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous leadership or team management experience
- Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery, automotive or similar environment




- Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stock accountability
- Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
- Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professional approach
- Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to become proficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
- Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
- Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment
