Ambition Recruitment is assisting an ASX-listed biotech in Melbourne to find a standalone senior finance leader. The role partners closely with the Board and executive team, owning governance, cash flow, and strategic financial planning in a fast-paced Phase 2 biotech environment.

You will prepare board communications, oversee financial analysis, and mentor the accounting team, while maintaining robust regulatory compliance and stakeholder relations.
