Job description
Your new company: This well-established national builder has built an enviable reputation for delivering complex and large-scale projects across the commercial sector. Due to continued progress on a flagship CBD high-rise development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a contract basis and play a key role through the critical finishing stages of the project. Your new role: Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the finishes phase across a major high-rise development, coordinating trades and ensuring quality, program and safety objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities
will include:Managing and coordinating all finishes trades on siteDriving program outcomes and maintaining construction milestonesSupervising subcontractors and ensuring productivity targets are achievedManaging defect prevention,



inspections and quality assurance processesCoordinating trade sequencing and daily site activitiesMaintaining strong safety standards and site complianceAssisting with practical completion and handover activitiesWhat you'll need to succeed:Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale high-rise projects across the Tier 1 or 2 space.
