Superhero, an Australian fintech, is seeking a hands-on People/HR leader to own the people function and work with the CEO and executive team. You’ll drive strategy, recruitment, development and remuneration while delivering scalable processes and HiBob as the HRIS.

You’ll also lead the People & Culture team, manage employee relations and compliance, and guide the business through growth, including the 2027 office move.
