We are accepting applications from those who live anywhere in Queensland, Northern NSW or Sydney. Please note, you will do a 3 day induction in Brisbane and be asked to come to the office 2-3 times a year for training and social events.

About the Firm

Riverside Recruitment is proud to be working with one of Brisbane's best accounting firms to recruit a Senior Accountant to join one of their business services teams. This team is lead by an experienced Partner, an ex Big 4 Director and 2 experienced Associate Directors.

About the Role

This is a fully remote Senior Accountant position where you will work closely with both your Manager and the Partner to ensure client relationships are maintained and deliverables met.

You’ll assist a Manager to manage a portfolio of SME and large private company clients with turnovers from $3M to $20M, across hospitality, legal, retail, qualified services and HNWI groups,



delivering both compliance and advisory work.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Manager and Director with compliance for a a portfolio of SME and large private company clients across compliance and advisory
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns and related work
- Assisting with advisory and tax planning work as required

About You

- CA or CPA qualified, or an intermediate accountant with 4+ modules of CA/CPA complete
- Solid public practice background (only those who have worked in a private tax/business services team in an accounting firm will be considered
- Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in client relationships
