Summary:

At CORPS, we are a single solution civil construction company based in the economic powerhouse that is the Pilbara region with an office also based in Subiaco.

Based in the Subiaco office, the Accounts Payable Officer plays a crucial role in the financial operations. This position is responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency of our financial processes, supporting the company’s growth and operational success.

Responsibilities:

- Process and manage all invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Match purchase orders with invoices, resolving any discrepancies.

Process employee expense reports, verifying compliance with company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders




- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar administrative role.
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate professionally and timely with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with MYOB and WorkBench experience highly desirable.
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
