Maintainer / Operator – Energy Plant
7 Days On / 7 Days Off (12 hour shifts from 5am-5pm)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + super
Location: THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN ROBINVALE. YOU HAVE FREE ACCOMODATION WHEN DOING 7 DAYS ON.
Company: Working at a cogeneration plant
Candidate: Experience with Boilers is advantageous

We’re seeking a hands-on Maintainer / Operator to join an industrial cogeneration plant, supporting the safe and efficient operation of boilers and associated equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in boiler operations, industrial maintenance or manufacturing who enjoys a diverse, hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor boilers and associated plant equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and assist with breakdowns.
- Monitor operating pressures, temperatures and plant performance.




- Complete operational records and shift handovers.
- Maintain high standards of safety and plant reliability.

About You

- Experience in boiler operations, plant operations or industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Background in manufacturing, power generation or process environments is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work a rotating day and night shift roster.
