This is an chance to provide high-quality nursing care in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, supporting our community to remain healthy, anjd living independently and safely in their own homes. As a District Nurse, you will work autonomously while being supported by an experienced team. About the Role
The District Nurse provides comprehensive clinical nursing care within clients' homes and community settings. Working across programs including CHSP, HACC-PYP, DVA, Transitional Care Program (TCP) and Support at Home, you will play a key role in promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
