Frequent site visits to Kwinana will be required, with a focus on compliance with enterprise agreements, industrial instruments and site IR protocols. You will provide day-to-day ER/IR support to site leadership, assist with union engagement, supervise disputes, and ensure procedural fairness in investigations and disciplinary processes,
