We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and learning about products within the building and trade supply industry. /n Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred. Experience in guttering, roofing or building supplies will be highly regarded, along with a willingness to develop product knowledge and technical understanding. /n /n What You’ll Be Doing /n /n
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommending suitable guttering and roofing solutions. /n
- Processing sales, preparing quotes and managing customer orders and returns. /n
- Building positive customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities. /n
- Working closely with external sales representatives and internal teams to meet customer needs. /n
- Supporting order coordination, scheduling and day-to-day store operations. /n
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible. /n
- Maintaining stock, showroom presentation and a safe, tidy working environment.



/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n /n
- Previous retail, in-store sales or customer service experience preferred but not essential /n
- Experience in roofing, guttering or building supplies will be highly regarded. /n
- Strong communication and customer service skills. /n
- Valuable attention to detail and organisational abilities. /n
- Basic computer skills and the ability to process sales and quotes. /n
- A willingness to learn product knowledge and technical specifications. /n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /n
- Reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude. /n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety. /n
- Full Australian working rights without restrictions. /n
