About the role
Reporting to the relevant F&B; Manager and department leader, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our F&B; outlets and help deliver memorable dining and event experiences for our guests. You will work across Grand Bar, Promenade Restaurant, Banquets and In-Room Dining, supporting daily service, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our guests receive friendly, professional and attentive service. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic hotel environment, can adapt to changing operational needs and take pride in creating positive guest experiences. As an F&B; Supervisor, you will support the management team in overseeing daily service operations, leading team members and ensuring consistent service standards across our F&B; outlets and functions.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Supervising daily F&B; operations to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Leading, coaching and supporting team members to maintain service standards.
- Assisting with staff allocation, briefing and coordination during service.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and responding professionally to feedback or service issues.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), workplace health and safety and company procedures.
- Supporting stock control, cash handling and other operational duties as required.




- Working closely with the F&B; management team to achieve operational and service objectives.
- Assisting with training and developing team members.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Supporting service delivery across Grand Bar, Promenade Restaurant, Banquets and In-Room Dining as operationally required. As an F&B; Team Leader As an F&B; Team Leader, you will lead by example on the floor, support the daily running of service and help ensure team members deliver consistent, high-quality service to our guests.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Coordinating service activities and supporting the team during busy periods.
- Providing guidance and assistance to F&B; Attendants.
- Ensuring service areas are properly set up and ready for operation.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest service.
- Assisting with guest enquiries and resolving routine service issues.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Following food safety, RSA, workplace health and safety and company procedures.
- Communicating operational requirements and service updates to the team.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, stock replenishment and general outlet operations.
- Working across the hotel’s F&B; outlets and functions as required. As a Casual F&B; Attendant As a Casual F&B; Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering friendly, attentive and professional service across our hotel's F&B; operations.
