Key responsibilities

- Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and post sales support.
- Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating Hybrid / storage inverter and EV charger.
- Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
- Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
- Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
- Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar or EV charger industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings
- Strong ability to analyse and solve problems independently.
- Reliable and self-motivated
- The ability to learn current technologies quickly
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
- Excellent communication skills
- A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adapt to frequent travel
- Driving license required.
