Care Connector is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Enrolled Nurse to lead a dedicated support team across a 24/7 ABI program. The role blends hands-on nursing care with leadership duties, coordinating services and ensuring secure, high‐quality person‐centred care for clients and families.

You will be the main point of contact for clients, families and the team, while continuing to provide nursing care and oversee clinical processes in the region.
