Team Poly is seeking a motivated and hands-on Fit Out Technician to join our manufacturing operation. If you enjoy working with tools, take pride in quality workmanship and want to develop your skills in a stable, long-term role, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

- Fit out and assemble tanks and related products to specification
- Install components including pipework, fittings, pumps and accessories
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret work instructions and drawings
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Assist with loading, packing and dispatch activities as required
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team objectives

About You

- Experience in manufacturing,



assembly, mechanical fitting, plumbing, construction or a similar hands‐on trade is highly regarded
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
