Vex Group Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized Operations Virtual Assistant to coordinate the operational engine of an Australia-based accounting practice. This remote, part time role (about 20 hours/week) focuses on process, workflow and system management to support the CEO and team.

You will handle task orchestration in ClickUp, team capacity tracking, and maintain clean Google Workspace records while ensuring client deadlines are met.
