We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Leadership Team asDeputy Principal - Staffing, Operations & Learning Pathways.

Working closely with the Principal, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across workforce capability, teaching and learning, vocational pathways and College operations, helping to shape the future of a leading specialist alternative education provider.

About the Role

Reporting to the Principal, you will provide leadership across:

Workforce capability, staffing and human resources

Teaching, learning and curriculum

Vocational education and post-school pathways

Skilled learning and leadership development

Timetabling and workforce deployment

Campus operations and workplace health and safety

Enrolments and student administration

About You

You are an experienced educational leader who:

Holds, or is eligible for, Teacher Registration in Western Australia





Has significant leadership experience within education

Demonstrates strong capability in leading people, systems and organisational improvement

Is strategic, relationship-focused and outcomes driven

Is passionate about improving opportunities for vulnerable young people
